摘要
当今社会及互联网的快速发展导致艺术文化行业对各类艺术家的需求越来越广泛，未成年表演者的数量也日益增多。未成年表演者作为一个特殊群体，其合法权益的保护一直备受关注。由于该行业的管理及限制规范尚不完善，且存在诸多风险，对未成年表演者的保护应格外重视。本论文以我国未成年表演者合法权益保护为研究对象，系统阐述相关法律法规及政策的现状，并提出加强未成年表演者合法权益保护的建议。本研究的目的在于更加深入的了解权利法律保障的现状。

Abstract
The rapid development of today's society and the Internet has led to a wider range of demand for all types of artists in the arts and culture industry, and the number of underage performers is also increasing. As a special group, the protection of the legal rights and interests of underage performers has always attracted a lot of attention. Since the norms of management and restrictions of this industry are not yet perfect, and there are many risks, the protection of underage performers should be paid extra attention to. This thesis takes the protection of the legal rights and interests of underage performers in China as the research object. Systematically, it elaborates on the current situation of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the protection of the legal rights and interests of underage performers. The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the current situation of the legal protection of rights.
